Here’s how the reduce, reuse, refill Program works

Step 1: Don’t throw out your empty bottles!

Our goal is to keep as many of our bottles out of landfills as possible, so when when you use up your fragrance, don’t throw away your empties. They can be disinfected, refilled, and reused!

Step 2: Give us your empties!

Bring us your empties! If you are local to Utah, you can arrange a bottle drop-off and refill. If you aren’t sure where to go, message Frau Holle Hollow LLC here or on Instagram and we’ll arrange for a drop off.

Step 3: Get a Refill!

Once I have your empty bottle you can either order a refill

FAQs about the Refill Program

Question: Where can I exchange my bottles?

Answer: You can contact Mae via email (frau.holle.llc@gmail.com) or Instagram @frau_holle_hollow

Question: What if my bottle is broken, or the cap is missing?

Answer: You still get the refill deal. Accidents happen! We will make sure your bottle is properly disposed of.

Question: Can I get a different fragrance? What about a different size?

Answer: Yes! You can redeem your empty bottle for any fragrance of the same size

OR

apply the bottle for a $5 discount off a fragrance of a larger size.

Question: How are the refill bottle processed?

Answer: The bottle will be inspected for cracks, chips, or other breaks. Once checked, the bottles are disinfected with alcohol inside and out. Once cleaned and dried, the bottle will be refilled with fragrance and labeled appropriately.

Question: Can I mail empty bottles for refills?

Answer: Yes, but the process would be a rebate rather than a discount. You would need to order a new fragrance as normal, then mail your empty bottle with your email address or order confirmation number. Once the empty bottle is processed, you will be issued a partial refund equating the refill or exchange amount. Shipping prices are not included in this calculation.
